How should the costs of mitigating and adapting to climate change be shared by the international community?

This Symposium, hosted by the EUCN and the Institute of Policy Studies, bought together an impressive panel of speakers, drawing together political and academic experts on this important issue. The day included both keynote addresses and interactive discussions and was attended by over 200 people. The audience included people from a variety of Government ministries, business interests, NGOs, universities and community groups.
